Richard GlosserExecutive Director of Emerging Media, CondéNet
Richard Glosser joined CondéNet in 2005 and is responsible for developing the company's video, mobile, podcast, and other new media initiatives. For 20 years, he has worked across all facets of production and distribution of film, television, cable, broadband and emerging platforms. Prior to CondéNet, Glosser had senior leadership roles at CSTV, Bolt, and NBC. Earlier in his career he was at Sony Pictures Entertainment, and was Founder and President of SPE's digital media division, Columbia TriStar Interactive. During his tenure at Sony, he launched Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune online and was part of the launch team of SPE's basic cable network, Game Show Network.
Eric C. GononProducer, BusinessWeek Television, Radio & Digital Media
Eric Gonon overseas the editorial content and production of all video and audio multimedia for BusinessWeek, including BusinessWeek.com and BusinessWeek TV. Prior to joining BusinessWeek, Gonon was Executive Producer of CNBCs Mad Money, which he successfully developed and launched in 2005. Gonon had worked for the CNN for nearly 12 years in a number of key positions, including Executive Producer for CNNfn and Senior Producer of Moneyline with Lou Dobbs. He also helped launch CNN American Morning and was a correspondent for Toronto-based AM Business. Previously, Gonon served as producer and field producer for Bostons ABC affiliate. While at WPRI-TV in Providence in 1990, he received the A.P. and U.P.I. awards for producing breaking news.

He joined EA following the company’s 2001 acquisition of Pogo.com, the industry leader in the casual games market that he founded and built to nearly 1.5 million subscribers.
Tammy HaddadPresident and Founder, Haddad Media
Haddad Media is a multimedia production and consulting company working with established and emerging businesses to develop innovative on-air, online and event programming for political and entertainment media. Haddad Media clients include Newsweek, for which she serves as a Contributing Editor and web video consultant, and The National Journal Group. Previously, Hadded served as Executive Producer of Hardball and was MSNBCs prime-time political director. She is one of the original creators and producers of CNNs Larry King Live. Shes also worked with the Today show and the The McLaughlin Group, among others. received the 2007 Gracie Award as outstanding television news producer.

blip.tv cofounder Mike Hudack is responsible for overall business strategy, focusing on community relations, syndication, distribution and advertising partnerships. Prior to blip.tv, he worked as a developer and administrator for the National Hockey League, managing one of the biggest IT projects in the NHL historyconsolidating and re-developing League-wide internal applications, which serve hundreds of employees using dozens of technologies. Hudack also developed the content management system for NHL.com. He has created and maintained more than a half dozen independent media projects, including warstories:CC, warblogs:CC and Index of Evil, which were covered by the Washington Post, USA Today, NPR and Forbes, among others.
Vanessa KaneshiroVideo Producer and Editor, TIME.com
Vanessa Kaneshiro oversees all the video onTIME.com. She has held a variety of positions as a video editor, having worked at VH1 and MLB.com. Prior to those jobs, she worked in documentary series television at MTV. Kaneshiro started her professional career working on documentary films for PBS and other independent production companies. Additionally, Kaneshiro shot, directed and edited her Master’s thesis film, Talk to Me, a documentary about children with autism. The film is currently in distribution.

She most recently served as Vice President, Editorial Programming at NBC Universal’s iVillage.com, responsible for leading the editorial teams of the Home & Garden and Food channels. She was Vice President of the Hearst Magazine Group at iVillage, working on the creation and production of 12 magazine websites, which won min’s Best of the Web award in 2002 for design (CountryLiving.com) and the application of e-commerce (Hearst Magazines). Her background includes producing for TheCentury.com, web component of ABCNEWS’ landmark coverage of the twentieth century. Before user-generated content was widely embraced, Mirsky produced the site’s “Time Capsule,” an interactive online collection of people's memories.

Paul Speaker is president of Time Inc. Studios, a dedicated in-house digital studio launched by Time Inc. in 2007 to help each of Time Inc.'s titles deliver on their video strategies. Time Inc. Studios produces a variety of projects across multiple platforms including online, television, mobile and VOD. Speaker was previously President of RKO Pictures where he and his management team completed two long-term ventures that increased the company's production and distribution more than ten-fold. He was also an independent film consultant to Robert Redford and Sundance, and served as President of independent entertainment company Shooting Gallery, where he produced Academy Award nominees Sling Blade and You Can Count on Me.
Marci WeislerDigital Business Director, Time Out New York
Marci Weisler currently serves as Digital Business Director at Time Out New York, overseeing online business initiatives including partnerships, audience development, new platforms and licensing in the US. Prior to joining Time Out, she consulted on emerging technology and business strategy for clients including CondéNet and Limelife. At Vindigo, she led business development and carrier relations creating extensive distribution partnerships with every major U.S. wireless carrier. Previously, she grew online and mobile business at Flooz.com, spearheaded online development for Muze, and developed partnerships with major media companies at Air Media, Inc. Weisler was also a Director of Business development at Prodigy Services Company, and began her media career in the cable business.
