Please note: Reservations made after September 17 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis. All reservation deadlines are according to Central Standard Time (CST). Guest room rates are subject to an occupancy tax currently at 15.4%. No additional taxes will be added. A deposit equal to one night's room and tax is required to hold your reservation.

Additional Room Occupants
Each extra person sharing a room will be charged an additional $25 per night. There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of 18 years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy is three (3) per room.

Cancellations
Deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are made directly with the hotel up to 48 hours (CST) prior to scheduled arrival. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled arrival or for no shows.
