All attendees are required to secure, and are responsible for, their own room reservations. Availability is limited. Hotel Conference rates expired on Friday, September 12. Reservations will now be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.

Please visit the hotel website for full room descriptions. Check-in time is 3:00 pm, check-out is 12:00 pm. All guest room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, currently 14.08%.

Cancellations and Charges
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold your reservation. Deposits are refundable if cancellations are made directly with the hotel no later than 6pm PST, 1 day prior to scheduled arrival. Cancellations and changes phoned into the Hotel will receive a cancellation number as confirmation. All no shows will be charged the deposit amount.

In the event that a guest checks out prior to the reserved check out date, an early departure fee of $75.00 will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests who wish to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
