2000 Print Campaign
BMW Motorcycles needed to increase awareness and differentiate the brand from Harley and Japanese manufacturers. The company wanted to infuse the ads with emotion and create aspirations to own one. Using real riders in black and white photos matched with beauty shots of the bikes in color, along with copy gleaned from conversations among real bikers, this campaign stood out.
Positioned as what serious riders ride, the brand increased sales 30%.
