Publicis & Hal Rineys campaign for GMs Electric Car was designed to inspire early adopters of new technology to seek more information through a Web site or 800 number.
Results: Twice the number of Web site visits as projected, and an increased number of calls to the toll-free line as well as positive word of mouth from the early adopters.
