Apple created personal computers in the first place but that didnt prevent the brand from hitting an all-time low of market share in the PC segment. TBWA/Chiat/Days objective was to put Apple back on the map and make consumers comfortable enough that they would buy 250,000 units of the new iMac.
Results: Apple sold 278,000 units of the iMac in two months making it the most successful computer launch in history.
