Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University in 2003. She started her career with editorial internships at Philadelphia magazine, Billboard and Rolling Stone. Before getting her first job as an editorial assistant at More magazine, Dara freelanced for what felt like forever. She took fact-checking gigs at Us Weekly and Golf, and wrote for Print and American Songwriter magazine. She most recently worked as an associate editor at The Knot, writing and editing for their new baby site, TheBump.com. She is stoked to be a part of ASME NEXT because it's such a great way to meet new people in the industry and lend a helping hand. Junior staffers unite!
