Refund/Cancellation Policy
Excluding a processing fee of $100.00, a full refund will be granted if written cancellations are received by MPA/ASME on or prior to April 18, 2008.  No refunds will be made thereafter.  Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.  If a reservation form is received (by fax or mail) without payment, and if you do not cancel in writing by April 18, you will be invoiced for the appropriate amount.
