About the Speaker:
Through motivational speaking and personal coaching, Marsha Haygood helps clients realize their potential and fulfill their goals. She founded StepWise Associates in order to help clients uncover and maximize their skills and talents. Haygood cultivated her coaching expertise during more than 25 years as an executive in human resources, where she coached employees of all levels within corporations.
Marsha Haygood brings a multicultural perspective to her consulting with individuals and organizations. She has advised senior management and coached employees at all levels, participated on and led various panels on leadership and is a featured speaker on how to “Navigate the Hallways of Success”. She has won several awards for her work in the community and is a frequent speaker at conferences and trade associations.
