The PDRF engages media industry professionals such as advertisers, publishers, agencies, research companies and software vendors from over 30 countries around the world. The Symposium honors the PDRF by showcasing a selection of U.S.-based papers from the forum.
The PDRF is known to be more scholarly and intellectually rigorous than many other media conferences with 35 years of tradition from its roots as the Worldwide Readership Research Symposia. Speakers submit synopses of their proposed papers that are peer-reviewed by a panel of subject matter experts. Only the best proposals are accepted. Program participants also must write a formal paper that lives forever in the archived proceedings of the PDRF, thereby creating a continuously growing library of literature on all aspects of readership measurement, digital research and related subjects.
