To receive the conference rate, hotel reservations must be made by September 25, 2006.  We urge you to make your reservations as soon as possible.  Reservations not received by September 25, 2006 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.  A one night deposit will be charged at the time the reservation is made.  Cancellations made within seven days of arrival date and all no shows will be charged the deposit amount. 

Please call the hotel for full room descriptions.  Check-in time is 4:00 pm, check-out is 12:00 pm.  Room rates are subject to a $12 resort fee and local taxes of 12.07%.  Please note that a $10/per person porterage and a $3/per day housekeeping fee are also charged upon check-out.
