New York, NY (August 26, 2016) — Rebecca Milzoff has been named senior editor, Features at Billboard, the leading global destination for charts, news, trends and innovations in music. In her new role, Milzoff will work with Features Director Nick Catucci on Billboard’s longform storytelling across platforms, including investigative features, profiles of top music stars, and special editorial packages like the magazine’s Women in Music and No. 1s issues.

Prior to Billboard, Milzoff spent 11 years at New York magazine, where she most recently served as a senior editor, working with the culture critics in print, editing for Vulture and overseeing travel coverage for New York’s digital platforms. Milzoff also regularly wrote about music and theater for New York and contributed profiles and news features to The New York Times and other publications.

Milzoff’s addition comes on the heels of a major digital expansion at The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard media group. With a massive social media footprint and surging online traffic, The Hollywood Reporter-Billboard Media Group recently launched its first original weekly series, “Charts Center,” and announced plans to hire a dedicated team tasked with creating additional ongoing series as well as daily, weekly and other special broadcasts for Facebook Live. The entertainment news group plans to create upwards of 250 hours of live video over the next year.
