HEARST MAGAZINES DIGITAL MEDIA LAUNCHES DROZTHEGOODLIFE.COM

NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 1, 2015 – Hearst Magazines Digital Media (HMDM) today launches DrOzTHEGOODLIFE.com. The website will feature original content exploring the core topics covered in Dr. Oz THE GOOD LIFE magazine – wellness news, healthy recipes, natural beauty and balanced diet and fitness plans – with the guiding mantra that happiness begins with a healthy lifestyle.

 

DrOzTHEGOODLIFE.com will echo the can-do spirit and inspiring messaging of the print magazine, while engaging in the larger health and wellness conversation online,” said Kate Lewis, vice president and editorial director, HMDM. “Whether you're interested in the latest health news, looking for a green smoothie recipe or in need of some weight-loss motivation, the site will be a 24/7 resource for improving, maintaining and celebrating your health."

 

Sarah McNaughton, formerly senior editor at Everyday Health, has been named site director. McNaughton, who has been serving in her new role for the past two months, reports to Lewis.

 

The site will operate on Hearst’s universal publishing platform, MediaOS, which supports strong digital storytelling, a beautiful experience on mobile and native integration for marketers. It will also have a social media presence on  TwitterFacebookInstagramPinterestTumblr and Vine.
