Raphael Poplock joins The Players’ Tribune (TPT) as Executive Vice President of Partnerships and Business Development, it was announced today by Jaymee Messler, President of TPT. Poplock will assume his new position on February 15, 2016.

In his role, Poplock will oversee partnerships, audience development, product technology, and distribution for The Players’ Tribune. He will also work closely with Messler on strategy, sales and marketing.

Prior to joining The Players’ Tribune, Poplock served as vice president of partnerships for ESPN, where he led the global partnerships and cross-platform games businesses. While there, he also oversaw audience development and new revenue-driving activities across digital media products.
