Janice Min joined The Hollywood Reporter in June 2010 to re-launch and revamp the 81-year-old publication. Over the course of one year, Min created an 800 percent increase in online traffic to, led a 50 percent rise in overall revenue, revitalized circulation and readership, and led the transformation of The Hollywood Reporter (THR) into an attractive weekly glossy, read vociferously by the entertainment world’s most powerful people. Min has also put THR in the headlines by hosting the town’s most talked about events.  Before joining THR, Min was Editor-in-Chief of Us Weekly. During her six-year tenure at Us Weekly, she was responsible for doubling the magazine's circulation to 1.9 million people; tripling the magazine's web traffic; and raising advertising sales to outpace the industry every year of her tenure.  Min is also the author of the much talked about bestselling lifestyle book, "How to Look Hot in a Minivan."  The book, published by St. Martin’s Press in September 2012, created a national conversation about women’s relationship with their body post pregnancy.
