MPA and ASME to Combine Events Beginning in February 2015
In making the announcement, MPA President and CEO Mary Berner said, “We see this as a great way for these marquee events to have even more impact, while making it possible for even more members, including our independent magazine media members (IMAG), who are geographically scattered across the country, to attend both. With magazine media’s advertising footprint of both print pages and tablet units up five percent, we are coming off a very strong 2013. This is another way to capture that momentum, celebrate our achievements and grow our businesses individually and collectively. As ever, I am thrilled to have the full support of MPA’s Board of Directors, including Condé Nast’s President Bob Sauerberg, who is serving as our next AMC chair.”
