MPA Issues Statement on AAM Second Half of 2013 Snapshot
MPA President and CEO Mary Berner: “As magazine media’s consumer and advertising footprint inevitably builds with its powerful brands available across platforms, there is also some positive news in terms of circulation. Over a third of measured titles saw increases in circulation. Half posted increases in subscriptions, with 37% growth for digital magazine editions over the second half of 2012."
Hearst’s Seventeen Magazine Sets YouTube Channel Lineup with AwesomenessTV
The magazine, in conjunction with DreamWorks Animation’s AwesomenessTV division, is relaunching its YouTube channel and introducing a related multichannel network for fan-contributed content. The updated Seventeen Channel will include original shows spanning the expected teen-girl topics, including boys, beauty, entertainment and fashion.
