AMMC 2015 RECAP
On February 2nd and 3rd, 500 presidents and CEOs, top publishers, editors and advertisers from magazine media, representing the decision makers from both publishing and content, gathered for The American Magazine Media 360° Conference. The theme was What’s Next?, and speakers, panelists and breakout sessions over the two days explored what’s next in magazine media, as well as what’s on the horizon for competitive and complementary industries.

Q&A with Money's Diane Harris
Harris is the first woman editor of Money. She joined Money in 1983 as writer, left in 1992 as a senior editor and rejoined the magazine as a top editor 10 years ago. Harris has won a National Magazine Award for her coverage of the 1987 stock market crash, edited several award-winning series and features, and worked to develop extensions for the brand.

The winners of the 2015 National Magazine Awards were announced at the annual awards dinner at the New York Marriott Marquis. Vogue was named Magazine of the Year. New York and The New Yorker both won three awards, followed by National Geographic and Nautilus with two each. Also honored was the TIME photojournalist James Nachtwey, who received the Creative Excellence Award for his career-long contributions to magazine media. The dinner was hosted by David Muir, anchor and managing editor of ABC News’ “World News Tonight.”
