Commission Issues Its Decison on Remand in the Exigency Case
“We are pleased that both the U.S. Court of Appeals and the PRC have sustained our fundamental position that an ‘exigency’ increase cannot be a permanent increase, as originally argued by the Postal Service. This is a significant victory for magazine publishers, and for all users of the postal system. Now that this chapter is closed, we look forward to working constructively in partnership with the Postal Service in the days ahead,” said Mary Berner, president and chief executive officer of MPA - The Association of Magazine Media.

Eliza Thompson of Cosmopolitan writes: "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt" doesn't return until 2016, so while you wait, please enjoy this Instagram featuring show creator Tina Fey and stars Tituss Burgess and Jane Krakowski lip-syncing Beyoncé's "***Flawless." In a move straight out of the Titus Andromedon playbook, real-life Tituss repeats, "I woke up like this," while he waits for the proper moment to turn the camera on Tina and Jane. Tina then gets in a perfectly sassy "We flawless" and "Ladies, tell 'em" before rolling her eyes to the sky (private jet?) like she just doesn't care. Now if only they had some pinot noir to make this a real party."
