Pitchfork and Its New York Parent Get New Chicago Digs
Music media company Pitchfork has moved its Chicago staff into new downtown digs, along with some employees of its New York owner, Conde Nast. Pitchfork, which sponsors the Chicago indie music festival of the same name, shifted from Logan Square to the Merchandise Mart last week, taking 15,000 square feet for its 20-employee local staff, plus 17 others working for its publisher parent.
