Hearst Officially Owns Rodale
Hearst closed a deal to acquire Rodale’s magazine and book businesses Tuesday, a Hearst Magazines spokesperson confirmed. The company declined to elaborate on what happens next. In an email to Rodale employees Tuesday afternoon, Hearst Magazines President David Carey promised to provide more information next week.
