In a letter to staff Atlantic editor in chief Jeffrey Goldberg stated: “The language he used in this podcast—and in my conversations with him in recent days—made it clear that the original tweet did, in fact, represent his carefully considered views. The tweet was not merely an impulsive, decontextualized, heat-of-the-moment post, as Kevin had explained it. Furthermore, the language used in the podcast was callous and violent. This runs contrary to The Atlantic’s tradition of respectful, well-reasoned debate, and to the values of our workplace.”

Printers, Publishers Fight Back Against Import Tariffs on Canadian Uncoated Groundwood Paper
"In January, the Department of Commerce assessed preliminary countervailing duties on uncoated groundwood ranging from 4.4% to 9.9%, depending on the Canadian manufacturer. Then, last month it added additional preliminary antidumping duties, on top of the countervailing tariffs, of up to 22.16%" reports Mark Michelson.
The February 2018 Magazine Media 360° Brand Audience Report Is Here!
The latest Brand Audience Report data shows that Total Audience remains strong, up +1.5% versus February a year ago for the 119 magazine media brands in the analysis. Video continues consistently to trend upward (+20.4%) with double-digit percentage gains, while the February 2018 Print+Digital audience remains basically flat (-1.6%) versus February 2017.
