Vice President, Kindle Content


Russ Grandinetti manages Kindle’s business selling magazines, books and newspapers, and to Kindle customers around the world. He also oversees Amazon Publishing as well as Kindle Direct Publishing, Kindle’s self-publishing service. Prior to joining Kindle in 2009, he managed Amazon’s print book business in North America.  Since joining Amazon in 1998, Grandinetti has served in a number of positions including Vice President of Softlines (including Apparel, Shoes, Watches, Jewelry and Sporting Goods), and as Treasurer of the company.  Prior to joining, Grandinetti was a securities analyst for Morgan Stanley and a systems designer and engineer at Andersen Consulting.
