Russ Grandinetti manages Kindle’s business selling magazines, books and newspapers, and to Kindle customers around the world. He also oversees Amazon Publishing as well as Kindle Direct Publishing, Kindle’s self-publishing service. Prior to joining Kindle in 2009, he managed Amazon’s print book business in North America. Since joining Amazon in 1998, Grandinetti has served in a number of positions including Vice President of Softlines (including Apparel, Shoes, Watches, Jewelry and Sporting Goods), and as Treasurer of the company. Prior to joining Amazon.com, Grandinetti was a securities analyst for Morgan Stanley and a systems designer and engineer at Andersen Consulting.
