Luz Maria Doria, Vice President and Executive Producer of Univision’s Despierta America, will inspire readers with empowering career and women’s leadership advice; Irma Martinez, renowned celebrity stylist, will contribute to the magazine’s new “Street Style” column; and Luz Avila-Kyncl, nutrition coach and founder of In True Health, will contribute nutrition, health and wellness content on

Luz Maria Doria is the Vice President and Executive Producer of Univision’s Despierta America, the No. 1 morning show with over 10 million viewers daily. Prior to joining Despierta America in 2012, she held key positions at TeleFutura Network. As Director of Entertainment, Doria oversaw with great success productions and specials, such as Escandalo TV and La Tijera. Doria began her career in journalism in 1986, and her extensive experience led her to work on some notable magazines and TV shows in the industry, focused primarily on her passion: entertainment. Previously, she spent a decade working for Televisa Publishing as the Editor-in-Chief of Cristina the magazine and as an editor at Cosmopolitan en Español.

Irma Martinez is considered the most renowned and respected Latina celebrity fashion stylist in the U.S. and Latin America. She was named one of the top 75 influencers by PODER magazine, as she began her career over 20 years ago as a true pioneer in her field. She now has an impressive portfolio that not only includes crossover celebrities, such as Sofia Vergara, Shakira, Ricky Martin, Enrique Iglesias, Daisy Fuentes, Pitbull, Thalía, Paulina, Lucero, Marc Anthony, Eva Longoria and Gloria Estefan, but also global brands such as Colgate, Ford, P&G, Got Milk, Pepsi and AT&T. In Siempre Mujer’s “Street Style” column, Martinez will share tips on how readers can recreate stylish looks driving today’s fashion and beauty trends.

Luz Avila-Kyncl is a well-known nutrition coach and wellness counselor with expertise in family nutrition, weight management and stress relief. Avila-Kyncl is the Founder of the Los Angeles-based In True Health, and offers educational workshops to improve health in schools and organizations. In her private practice, she helps individuals and families struggling with weight, self-esteem, eating disorders, inactivity and stress. In her spare time, she volunteers for Meals on Wheels. She is now devoted to empowering women, parents and families and helping them seek health awareness for themselves and their families to live happier lives.
