Alison Fraser Heisler joined MPA—The Association of Magazine Media in 2013 as Director of Sponsorships and was elevated to Vice President of Strategic Partnerships & Associate Membership in 2015. Alison oversees all relationships with the industry’s vendor partners and is committed to supporting meaningful connections between innovative companies and MPA’s magazine media leadership. Her role includes the development of associate membership benefits programs and sponsor partner opportunities across all of MPA’s events and custom programs portfolio – including the American Magazine Media Conference, IMAG Conference, Ellie Awards and more.
Prior to joining MPA, Alison spent her entire career on the brand side of the business at publications including The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, Fast Company, Gourmet and Aspen Sojourner. In her role as a sales & marketing leader, she managed consumer lifestyle categories from travel and beauty to luxury watches and auto. She then went on in her career to support the development of individual sales talent and successful sales teams as a consultant and executive leadership coach for an array of leading magazine media brands.
Alison graduated from Colgate University and holds certifications in positive psychology, coaching, and resilience skills training.
