Victoria Lasdon Rose is Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer of Us Weekly and its digital properties. Shortly after the publication’s March 2000 re-launch in a weekly frequency, Rose became one of the chief architects of the magazine’s turnaround and its impressive growth for nearly two decades.

Rose has extensive experience in print, digital and cross-platform advertising media sales and marketing with startups, repositioned properties and established brands. In the 19 years under Rose’s leadership, Us Weekly placed within the Top 20 largest advertising revenue of all PIB measured magazines, Top 30 of all AAM audited publications and ranks in the top 12 in the MPA ‘s Multiplatform Media 360 report. Launching digital and mobile platforms in 2005, Us Weekly has emerged with a robust media footprint upon which custom content programs for advertisers capitalize upon high levels of consumer engagement and return on investment. As a result, under Rose total advertising revenue across Us Weekly’s properties increased over 1500% and the properties continue to deliver aggressive profitability goals far exceeding the industry’s average.

Immediately prior to Us Weekly, Rose was Publisher and General Manager of an Internet startup STYLE365.com. With a track record of success at four major Publishing Companies, Rose served as Publisher of Mademoiselle, Publisher of Gruner & Jahr’s YM as well as Advertising Director at Vanity Fair and SELF. Additional National Management roles include Lear’s, Mademoiselle and Country Living. She began her career in media planning at Benton & Bowles Advertising following her graduation from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Business Administration.
