As Director of Research Initiatives for MPA – The Association of Magazine Media, Jeri Dack is responsible for designing, launching and continuing to evolve the revolutionary Magazine Media 360° industry reporting, including the Brand Audience Report, Social Media Report and Social Media Engagement Factor. The only comprehensive snapshot of consumer demand for magazine media brands, Magazine Media 360° measures audiences across multiple platforms and formats using verified data from leading third-party providers.

Jeri has a highly eclectic background in the marketing/media business, having functioned in a diverse list of management roles – strategic consulting, media planning and research, account management, and operations.

Prior to her role at MPA, Jeri was Marketing Director of Esquire, published by Hearst, where she was responsible for the development of marketing materials based on consumer research and project management of an ecommerce site launch. Before joining Hearst, Jeri served as SVP, Director of Digital Media at TargetCast tcm, an independent, full-service media agency.

Earlier in her career, Jeri held the position of SVP, Media & Entertainment at Sullivan, a full service marketing consulting and communications firm; was EVP, Managing Director of Operations of MPG, overseeing an unprecedented integration and organizational restructuring of Havas’ U.S. media operations; and served as SVP, Media Director of the NY office of MediaVest Worldwide during the seminal start-up period of the first unbundled media agency. Her early career was spent in positions of increasing responsibility in media planning and buying on both new and established products.
